Werdet Teil unserer “Lucha libre”!
Die „Lucha libre“ – gemeinhin auch als Wrestling bekannt – ist in Mexiko nach dem Fußball der beliebteste Sport. Er hat einen folkloristischen Charakter und einen eigenen mexikanischen Stil. Die „lucha libre“ hat verschiedene Interpretationen. Auch das Kollektiv Solidaritätsaktion mit Mexiko – Österreich führt eine „lucha libre“: einen gemeinsamen Kampf für eine bessere Zukunft in Mexiko, in den Worten des Oscar-Gewinners Alejandro Iñarritú, ein Kampf um „eine Regierung aufzubauen, die wir auch verdienen“. Danke an alle, die sich mit uns solidarisieren. Mit den Einnahmen aus dem Verkauf von Essen, Cocktails und Eintritt werden Projekte in Mexiko unterstützt, die sich für soziale Gerechtigkeit einsetzten. Wir freuen uns auf euch!

Hola a Tod@s! Los invitamos a esta fiesta con el tema: La lucha libre!
En México la lucha libre es el deporte más popular después del fútbol y tiene un carácter más que nada folclórico debido a su autenticidad y su estilo mexicano. Este se distingue del “Wrestling” de los Estados Unidos sobre todo por el uso de las máscaras que es una de las características más famosas de este deporte mexicano. Nuestra inspiración al hacer esta fiesta nace de las diferentes interpretaciones que se le puede dar a este nombre. El Colectivo Acción Solidaria con México - Austria también práctica una “lucha libre”, una lucha junto a todos los que queremos un mejor futuro para México y que como dijo Iñarritú, una lucha para “construir el gobierno que nos merecemos”. Gracias a todos aquellos que se solidarizan con nosotros. El dinero que se recaude de la comida, los cócteles y las entradas será para solidarizarnos con proyectos de lucha directamente en México. Ahí nos vemos!!

The “Lucha Libre” (Mexican Wrestling) is the second most popular sport after football in Mexico and has a traditional character thanks to its authenticity and Mexican style. What distinguishes this Mexican sport from the US Version of Wrestling is the use of masks. Our motivation that was inspired from the theme “Lucha Libre” was born by the different interpretations and double meaning of its name: “Lucha Libre” means literally: “free fight” which is exactly what the Colectivo Acción Solidaria con México-Austria does, together with all the Mexicans who want a better future for Mexico. And we do this “free fight” also to - as the famous Mexican film director and Oscar Winner Alejandro G. Iñárritu said - : to “build the government that we deserve”.
Thanks to all who solidarize with this cause. The money collected from the food, the cocktails and the entry will be for the solidarity in different projects in Mexico whose aim is a “free fight” for a better Mexico. See you there!
